Square Breathing


Square Breathing is an easy breathing technique that's helpful in calming the mind, body, and bringing you back to the present moment.

Start by sitting in a comfortable position.




-Inhale and count to 4

-Hold for 4

-Exhale and count to 4

-Hold for 4

-Repeat, as needed.

You can do this anytime, anywhere, and it's a great opportunity to reset!
