Lillian Rishty, LCSW

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
While integrating psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic methods, Lillian's approach is interactive, supportive, and individually designed. Lillian enjoys working together on better understanding how past experiences influence present day behaviors combined with a practical, strengths-based, problem-solving approach. She strives to provide a safe space in which your experiences and relationships can be explored with an emphasis on trust, comfort, and a judgement-free environment.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Lillian received her Master's at Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Lillian has experience working collaboratively in a pediatric neurology office, high school and college settings, facilitating art therapy groups in an outpatient rehab facility, in a mental health clinic, and in private practice.
LICENSURE AND TRAINING
Lillian is an LCSW is both New York and New Jersey. She is a Certified Anxiety Specialist by the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists. She is also certified in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT)™. Lillian has completed a one-year training at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis and Psychology in eating disorders, addictions, and compulsions. She is also a certified complex trauma professional (CCTP).

Odette Franco, LMHC

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Odette provides a warm, comfortable, and safe space for clients to share and grow. Odette focuses on helping her clients gain awareness of patterns that are interfering with their wellbeing, growth, and relationships. Her clients can expect to develop clarity and new perspectives while building confidence. Odette uses an integrative approach and tailors each session to suit her client’s needs.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Odette earned her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at City University of New York, Brooklyn College. Odette has experience working in a mental health clinic treating a variety of disorders across various age groups.
LICENSURE AND TRAINING
Odette is an LMHC based in New York. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) treatment of anxiety disorders as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for eating and body image concerns. Odette is also trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and is soon to be certified in grief counseling.
Nina Harary, LMSW

MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Nina creates an empathic, curious and collaborative space for clients to explore and share their feelings. Her treatment approach pulls from a variety of evidence-based models to best support each client’s unique goals and needs. Nina believes in meeting the client where they are at in order to create an open and non-judgmental environment for each client to grow. She uses a strengths- based lens to assist her clients in identifying their individual skills and tools to help them discover their most confident self.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Nina obtained her Masters Degree at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Nina has a variety of experience working at a community mental health organization, Weill Cornel Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women & Newborns, and in the New York City Public School System.
LICENSURE AND TRAINING
Nina is an LMSW practicing in New York. Nina is currently being trained in Perinatal Mental Health. She will receive her certification specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder and Perinatal Grief and Loss.
Misha Valencia, LMSW

Misha specializes in treating Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression and trauma. Misha uses different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic, to provide a supportive and comfortable space. Misha has extensive experience working in different outpatient mental health settings and is passionate about helping individuals, families and children overcome various challenges they are experiencing in their lives.
Misha is also a writer and her work on trauma, education, sibling empty nest syndrome and family violence has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Parents Magazine, Healthline, NY Metro parents and numerous other publications.
