INTUITIVE EATING THERAPY GROUP FOR TEENS

When?​

Tuesdays starting in December

If you're interested in joining but the timing doesn't work out, reach out and we'll keep you posted about future groups!

If you miss a session, the worksheets will be sent to you so you can catch up before the next one. 

Where? 

For convenience, the sessions will be virtual. You will receive a link to the HIPAA compliant video chat.

Who?

This group will be led by Gaby Mosseri, LMHC-LP and will be limited to 3-7 group members. If there is additional interest, we will form a second group.

How Much?

$60/session. You must pay for each session regardless of attendance. In addition, you will be required to do one individual screening session before beginning at $90/session.

What?

This 8-week therapy group offers a compassionate space to begin healing your relationship with food and body image. Together, we’ll explore what it means to eat with trust, curiosity, and self-respect, without dieting, rules, or shame.

Each week, you’ll learn and practice a key principle of intuitive eating, from honoring hunger and satisfaction to coping with emotions and developing body respect. Through guided discussion, mindfulness-based exercises, and gentle reflection, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and discover that food can be a source of nourishment, not stress.

You’ll leave the group with:

  • A deeper understanding of what drives your eating patterns

  • Tools to respond to hunger, fullness, and emotions with awareness and compassion

  • Less guilt and fear around food

  • A foundation for body acceptance and sustainable self-care

 

This group is open to any teen ready to step away from diet culture and toward a more peaceful, trusting relationship with their body and food.
