•  DO I NEED THERAPY?

Most people can benefit from therapy in one way or another, and there is something that brought you here. There must be something that is causing you to feel stressed, anxious, or stuck, or something you don't comfortable talking about with friends or family. Therapy allows you to experience time with a professional, who can see patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that you may not even be aware of. 

  • HOW DOES IT WORK?

We meet with most people once a week, for 45 minutes. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time that you're required to come for sessions. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, rather we like to tailor the techniques we use to each person and what they need.​​

  • WHERE AND HOW CAN I SEE YOU?

We made the switch to teletherapy in March 2020 and hope to be back in the office sometime in 2022. We love that teletherapy provides convenience and removes the travel time and expense. We offer secure, easy to use, video sessions.

  • DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

Lillian: I don't accept insurance, however, if you give us your insurance information, we can verify your out-of-network benefits, and often, if you have met your deductible, a portion of your session will be covered. 

Ruthy: I work on a "sliding scale." My full session fee is $175/session but we can work with you to reduce fees if you find that this is not an affordable option.

  • ​HOW CAN I USE MY INSURANCE (OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS)?

You can do so via Advekit, an online platform that helps clients use their Out of Network insurance to pay for therapy. Advekit tries to get you savings up front, or at least work toward your deductible, and it is completely free for clients to use.   • WHAT'S THE FIRST STEP?

It's hard to find a good therapist! The first thing I recommend doing is filling out the contact form on our site and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. We can set up a time for a phone consultation, or we can schedule an appointment via email.
