DO I NEED THERAPY?
Most people can benefit from therapy in one way or another, and there is something that brought you here. There must be something that is causing you to feel stressed, anxious, or stuck, or something you don't comfortable talking about with friends or family. Therapy allows you to experience time with a professional, who can see patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that you may not even be aware of.
Many of our clients are highly capable women who are managing careers, relationships, motherhood, and daily responsibilities while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult transitions, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more supported in your daily life.
-
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We meet with most people once a week, for 45 minutes. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time that you're required to come for sessions. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, rather we like to tailor the techniques we use to each person and what they need and we believe the therapeutic relationship itself is an important part of the healing process.

-
WHAT IF I'VE TRIED THERAPY BEFORE?
Many of our clients come to us after previous therapy experiences that felt too surface-level, overly solution-focused, or simply not like the right fit.
Therapy is highly personal, and finding the right therapist and approach matters. We believe therapy should feel thoughtful, supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences and feel free to share with us what has and hasn't felt right in the past.
-
WHAT WILL IT COST?
Session fees vary based on the provider. Select providers work on a "sliding scale," meaning they can reduce their rate if needed. Taking advantage of out-of-network benefits will reduce the costs of sessions. Reach out and we can help you figure it out.
-
HOW CAN I USE MY INSURANCE (OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS)?
Ask us for a superbill and you can submit that to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, once you've met your deductible, you may get reimbursed for a large portion of what you've paid.
